Smoov Subprocessors and Service Providers

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

Smoov It, Inc. (“Smoov,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses third-party service providers to operate the Services.

For purposes of this page, a “Subprocessor” is a third party that processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of Smoov where Smoov is acting as a processor, service provider, or contractor for a customer.

A provider is a Subprocessor only to the extent it performs such processing on Smoov’s behalf. Some providers may also process certain information in an independent capacity under their own terms, privacy notices, or applicable law.

Smoov does not publish a public list of specific vendors. Business customers may request a current list of Subprocessors relevant to their Services by contacting info@smoov.co.

Categories of Providers

Depending on the Services used, Smoov may engage providers in the following categories:

Category Purpose
Infrastructure and hosting Operate, store, authenticate, and secure the Services
Communications Transmit email, text, and other communications relating to the Services
Payments Process billing and related payment transactions
Operations and support Provide analytics, customer support, and related operational functions

The information a provider may process is limited to what is reasonably necessary for that provider’s function. Use of a category of provider does not mean that provider receives every category of information processed by Smoov.

Customer-Authorized Integrations

Customers may choose to connect the Services with third-party products they use.

When a customer authorizes an integration, Smoov may transmit information to or receive information from that product as reasonably necessary to provide the requested integration.

A customer-authorized third-party product is not necessarily a Smoov Subprocessor. Where a third party independently determines the purposes or means of its processing, that processing is governed by the third party’s own terms and applicable law.

Use of Subprocessors

Smoov may engage Subprocessors as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, and administer the Services.

Where a provider processes Customer Personal Data on Smoov’s behalf, Smoov will impose contractual data-protection obligations appropriate to the relevant processing and consistent with applicable law and Smoov’s obligations under the applicable Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).

Smoov remains responsible for the performance of its Subprocessors to the extent required by applicable law and the applicable DPA.

Nothing on this page expands the purposes for which Smoov may process Customer Personal Data beyond those permitted by the applicable agreement, DPA, customer instructions, or applicable law.

Changes to Subprocessors

Smoov may add, replace, or discontinue Subprocessors and other service providers as the Services evolve.

Where an applicable DPA, other written agreement, or applicable law requires advance notice of the addition or replacement of a Subprocessor, Smoov will provide the required notice to the applicable customer before the change takes effect.

Where Customer has a contractual right to object to a new Subprocessor, Customer may object on reasonable and documented data-protection grounds within the period specified in the applicable DPA or other written agreement.

Smoov and Customer will work in good faith to resolve a valid objection in accordance with the applicable agreement.

Processing Locations

Smoov is based in the United States.

Smoov and its service providers may process information in the United States and in other jurisdictions where the relevant provider operates.

Where applicable law requires a legally recognized mechanism for an international transfer of Customer Personal Data, Smoov will use an appropriate transfer mechanism as required by the applicable DPA and law.
